In Ladysmith for work and had an issue with my glasses after a recent exam and adjustment. I stopped into Dr. Ostenso's office and the team couldn't have been more helpful. The person who helped adjust my glasses was very friendly and resolved the problem with a couple of tweaks to my nose pads. This experience would have me likely picking Dr. Ostenso for my eye care needs if I lived in the area.
Horrible experience, they weren’t billing my insurance how they needed to and they refused to call. I called my insurance 3 times and they said that ostenso’s needed to call and they refused. The lady told me “she’s done all she can.” Now I have to pay 500$ out of pocket that should be covered but someone refuses to do their job and make a 5-10 minute phone call.
They don't care about you or your eye sight I had catarac surgery and it's like pulling teeth with these people
Terrible service, Guy had an attitude about me wearing contacts at night.
