I've been with Erieside way back when my 47 year old son was a child. I've had Doctor Ho has my doctor for well over 20 years. I used to live 2 miles from the office now live 24 miles from the office. Doctor Ho is more like my friend. It's hard to find a good caring doctor.
The male receptionist with grey hair and ear ring is very rude and hostile. He tried sabotaging my doctor appointment when I called him on his reprehensible behavior. He's buddy buddy with the supervisor who happens to be the doctors wife so it's just a cycle of disrespect. I've been going here since 2019 but unfortunately I now have to find another practice because I no longer feel comfortable going here.
This place got me fired from my job. I requested that an FMLA form be filled out and submitted to my job. Five months after requesting the fmla form, I call them to make sure it got submitted because I was fired from my job for requesting an fmla form and they told me it was ready to pick up from their facility.
