I’ve gotten coin change from this ErieBank branch many times, but recently one particular teller has made me jump through hoops to make it happen. I ask this teller for $2 in pennies, and I’m told I have to have a personal account with them. Okay, so the next day I go and set up a personal account with ErieBank and then go back to ask for $2 in pennies, and the same teller now says “sorry, you actually have to have a business account to take out pennie’s with us”.
