Shoutout to Jake at the interchange location!! He did an amazing job helping me out and helped me resolve the issue I was having super easily and stress-free. He was really patient, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything got resolved.

The app and the website is awful, you cannot do anything, poorly designed. I have 10 bank accounts and this one is by far the worst. They find every reason to charge you and you cannot stop them, the new gimmick they come up with is the paper statement, they charge me every months, and I cannot stop it even when I went to the branch and asked in person, they told me they cannot do it and I have to do it online, and there is no where in the online account to do it.
