Love this gym. It’s such a great atmosphere and everyone makes you feel like family. The best experience I’ve had with a gym.

Great atmosphere. I get an excellent workout and they make sure you do things the right way and don't hurt yourself. Been taking my son there lately and we love it!
I had a good baseline of health and fitness but was in search of something more and I found it in spades with Coach Terry and Hailey and the rest of the Erie Shore Athletics Community. The coaches and members are supportive, inspiring, and welcomed me in from day one. It’s a quintessential Avon Lake local business that you have to check out yourself. Come join the ESA fam!
