My honest opinion about this company is, one limited service, like most things in Erie, it's harder to get around after 11:30pm on weekdays and on Sundays. Service should be extended due to the fact people work. I honestly wished they had better service times. They got an awful allot of money from the state and all they did was upgrade their building and put a few new buses out. Two, the fare system is reasonable, cheaper than the bigger cities. Bus drivers are incredibly rude very disrespectful. They’re always late never on time and the 21 is the worst trying to get on the route 21 in the afternoon is impossible. I tried to catch the 21 outbound at 4:22 PM and it’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s full of horrible high school kids. They’re rowdy And loud, the bus driver is horrible. He won’t even let you in the front doors. He tries to make everybody go to the back doors. I guess everybody gets a free ride. a bus going back to the main station almost hit me in my car rushing to go through the tight street. KNOWING he/she couldn’t. HORRIBLE
