Had some Issues but were resolved in a timely manner!
First time buyer. Worked with a salesmen with my itemized list and dimensions. The folks seem nice! Asked about turn around time on metal was told 5-7 days. I guess the color I chose was unique……Took 3 weeks. Would have choice another color if that was the case. Material shows up; instead of 80 feet of Eave trim I get 80 physical pieces. Look at my bill I am out 600ish dollars in this material. Have no idea what happened. All of the quantities on my order acknowledgement valued feet not literal material.
