I recently relocated to Tennessee and needed to obtain new home and auto insurance. Having previously used Erie Insurance while living in Arizona, I was pleased to return to them for coverage. I am sick of dealing with this company. They are pathetic. I have tried every way I. The world to add my 2 vehicles to my policy that was purchased a month before Christmas. The company is irresponsible and communication with them is unreal. Apparently they rather email whenever they feel like it but not communicate over a telephone. I’m done.
