I DO NOT recommend this insurance, yes it seems cheap but they are basically a scam. Diana was very rude don't know how she still has a job. I went through gaddis insurance, thinking I was getting gaddis insurance but they use branches and I got stuck with Erie, they sent me a cancellation notice after I paid in full for a year, so I thought okay my insurance is cancelled so I'll just let it go, well they then renewed my insurance without notifying me, for 3 months, then sent me a bill, they didn't even send me an insurance ... read more

I recently relocated to Tennessee and needed to obtain new home and auto insurance. Having previously used Erie Insurance while living in Arizona, I was pleased to return to them for coverage. Unfortunately, my first claim experience did not meet expectations. I am sick of dealing with this company. They are pathetic. I have tried every way I. The world to add my 2 vehicles to my policy that was purchased a month before Christmas. The company is irresponsible and communication with them is unreal. Apparently they rather email whenever they feel like it but not communicate over a telephone. I’m done.
