April 14, 2025 we had a hail storm and I was in the home and could hear the ice hitting-I have pictures they were the size of golf balls and baseballs. The adjuster came to my home and was quite rude and said He was reporting no damage from hail and then sent a letter saying it was my responsibility for repairs? My gutters were clearly damaged (one story home) too. In my town we had 3,000 reports of damage and EVEYONE ELSE IN MY PUD THAT FILED A CLAIM GOT A NEW ROOF AND GUTTERS BUT ME. DO NOT USE ERIE INSURANCE.
I had a few claims over the years and this agency has been excellent every time. Their response times are quick and they made sure everything was handled with minimal stress. It’s great to know they’re always there when I need them.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. They made the process of switching insurance so easy, and they’re always available for any questions I have.
