Canceled homeowners policy in Mar. Recieved bill in May stating I owned additional $10 on car ins +$5 because they had to send a bill!! Called Hagerstown loc to see if they would waive the $5 and even stated I would go ahead and pay, in full, next years payment. I was informed that the addl cost was because I was on quarterly payments (I always paid full amt). So over 20 yrs paying in full and being overcharged.
