Stay far away from this company. Horrible management and customer service. The company stole money from our autopay $(6,800)and gave us zero notice or reason for such a huge withdrawal. This money was in our account for our kids college tuition and Erie stole it. Do not do any type of business with this company
Erie Insurance is one of the worst Insurance Company out there. Was involved in a car accident and the other person was at fault with Erie Insurance. Had my vehicle at the mechanic for almost 3 months, they had a security breach that lasted for about 3 weeks. This brought more issues when the mechanic had to communicate with them. They had no access to their computer systems to be able to resolve any issues, view supplements or make payments.
