Had long conversations about lapsed insurance and had it settled and paid. Went to mva and was told i owe $4.86 still when everything was all ready paid cost me my new title and tags.
Trying to get any documents from this place is a joke. I have worked with and been insured by many places before, and I have never had as much difficulty getting insurance documents as I have working with this place. I specifically called the Rockville Location, and am not confusing it with Erie insurance in general as suggested by one of the only good review this place has! Call Boizelle insurance instead and work with a real professional!!! This place shouldn't even be allowed to operate!!!
Please just go look for another company. This insurance company is hard to contact. My family has been trying to contact them for a week and has never been able to get into contact. They’re very irresponsible! Customer service doesn’t help you at all and when someone finally answers they put you on hold again for another HOUR. Its NOT a joke and im NOT kidding. This has given me many headaches and 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you don’t want to go through lots of stress then don’t get into this company. Its not worth it.
I’ve never referred Erie insurance to anyone. My house was impacted by tree (neighbor’s tree) and the house conditions aren’t ready to live because of drywall taken out covering with plastic sheet instead and windows are broken. So far, the impacted bedroom is the center heather control in the house. The outside conditions; sliding, some roofs, terrace roofs are damaged.
