Absolutely the worse insurance company. Pay all this money a month for them to do nothing when needed. Communication is terrible and it’s just obvious they’re in it for the money, not to look out for the ones they “cover”. So please, consider your options before choosing this sorry company for insurance.
Erie insurance is a joke. A driver insured by Erie, totaled my wife’s brand new SUV. Upon negotiations with their adjuster we agreed on a settlement price. We signed all the documentation for them to pay off the rest of the loan and pay to us the equity we had in the vehicle. 10 days had went by without our loan being paid off and us trying to reach out to the adjuster several times with no success and no returned phone calls. This insurance agency does not return phone calls. I have to assume they just do not want to settle claims. I don't understand how a business operates this way, awful.
Do not go with Erie insurance company! If you value how you are treated and handled in an insurance claim go with any other insurance provider..!! Do not go with Erie Insurance! They’re definitely not on your side. They are not here to protect you in any incident you have .! Don’t walk away run! If I could give less than 1 star, I would !!
