I don't recommend the Erie insurance service was good but the headache of dealing with small companies and don't have all the fundamentals in place to properly and effectively run the business accurately. I had automatic draft and they kept drafting it out on other days. the first time it happens Dan was apologetic and I decided to give them another chance and he sent me a gift card but it kept happening and was blaming it on other things such as my bank or my draft date. Oh, if only I could give Erie zero stars! One star is too generous. Erie only protects the people who pay them, even if that person is entirely responsible for driving recklessly and totaling your car.
Terrible communication ! Never return calls , total loss my truck after a month waiting thinking I’m waiting for parts . Total lost it out because couldn’t find the damn parts . Been calling over a WEEKKKKKK and can’t get in touch with a soul about my truck .
