Very very annoyed with the service from my claim handler. My case is very straight forward, and she told me it was pretty black and white and should be rectified by the end of the wk. it started great I called and did the claim on the 6th. Got the documents signed, notarized, and sent in on the 7th. It’s been radio silence since. No emails returned no phone calls returned. No movement on my portal. No nothing. One of our company vehicles was hit by their insured driver. This was a hit and run that the highway patrol had to locate their insured driver and was written a ticket for hit and run. They are saying they can not get intouch with their customer and I need to turn it in to my own insurance. The Attorney Genereral for NC needs to investigate this company. I will be contacting the Attorney General next. Somethings not right here. The one star is just so I could leave a review.
