We had mold remediation in the attic and basement. Very thorough technicians. Follow-up testing came back negative. GREAT job.
They did exactly what they said they would do. Very fast, especially considering weather! very happy with results!
02/03/2026 ***UPDATE*** Definitely would not recommend using Erie for crawl space encapsulation!! They use inferior products and do NOT warranty their workmanship! After approximately 15 months, the barrier system that they installed started to fail. I called to discuss situation, and I was told they didn't guarantee their work or the products they install.
