I phoned the Tax Claim Bureau today and spoke with Sarah. I asked about receipts for taxes that's been paid. She was very rude and abrupt realizing that she was very busy is understandable, but there was not any need for her to hang the phone up in my ear. Hopefully she'll be professional the next time dealing with the public. Thank you

Not sure who I spoke to but she was very rude. I was looking into purchasing property via tax lien and had a couple of question. She said she didnt know and rushed me off the phone in a bitter mannor. Just because you work for erie county doesnt give you the right to disreapect people. My taxes are paid.
