I spoke with Sarah and Jessi they handled my problems quickly and easily. Huge shout out to both of them if you need help with anything ask for one of those girls!
I phoned the Tax Claim Bureau today and spoke with Sarah. I asked about receipts for taxes that's been paid. She was very rude and abrupt realizing that she was very busy is understandable, but there was not any need for her to hang the phone up in my ear. Hopefully she'll be professional the next time dealing with the public. Thank you
