Cpep is a horrible experience. There arent enough beds for everyone, the floor is disgusting. Youre put in a room with people that are suffering from issues way worse than what youre dealing with. The nurses are belittling and actively make fun of patients. They also escalate situations and are terrible at handling people in crisis. They lack empathy and should not have a job in healthcare. They will actively laugh at patients and treat them terribly. If you are a nurse in cpep i understand your job is hard but you could at ... read more

This place has traumatized me in several ways. Unprofessional / degrading staff, patients having sex in the open, no beds, no timeline, known criminals exposing themselves. I am in a worse place than I was prior strictly due to the “treatment” I received here. Dr. Hong Yu is the best. She prescribed me medicine that actually helped me instead of making me feel like a monster. Dr. Boggiano didn't know what he doing, I almost killed myself due to the side effects of the drugs that he prescribed to me that caused suicidal and homicidal thoughts. After his care, I relapsed multiple times. Under Dr. Hong Yu's care, I haven't relapsed. I lost over a year of my life of being trapped in a psych ward because of Dr. Boggiano. In my medical records, he sent me to BPC because I refused to lea... read more
