Been sitting in the emergency room for 6 hours and still haven't been seen this is very unprofessional
Specifically the Department of Head and Neck Surgery; Dr Nagai and the amazing, courteous and professional staff on the 2nd Floor of the Snyder Building. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The text messages and difficulties reaching a very busy staff can be frustrating, but it's not because they are sitting around doing nothing. Horrible bed side manor in the O.R Overheard the nurses at their nurses station talking about their patents disrespectful.
the worst place to go if youre in psychiatric distress.
The cafeteria service was never on time with my mother food and after having a major surgery to remove her breast and she had to take major medication that she knew would upset her stomach if she did not eat on time. Plus she had dietary needs such as diary free and gluten free and nobody cared or pay attention to these needs. Overall how can a patient better if she is starving and having frequent headaches due to the cafeteria staff being careless. Unacceptable
