Scheduled an appointment with Ericson Plumbing and they didn’t show. When I followed up, they said they were available Friday. I asked what time and never received a response. I understand that schedules can change, but lack of communication and follow-through is a problem. If reliability matters to you, I’d look elsewhere. I contacted another plumber who communicated and followed through with what they communicated.
