After getting the run around for a few hours from other plumbers in Utah County to fix a leak in one of our rentals, I decided to give Eric’s Plumbing a call. Eric is very professional and communicative and the technician, Orlando, did a great job at fixing the issue quickly. I can’t recommend Eric’s Plumbing enough!
Shoutout to Orlando! Had a leak in my floor heating pipe today. They got me right in and Orlando had it fixed up in a matter of minutes. My husband is in Afghanistan, so this speedy service is much appreciated and put my (and his) mind at ease. Thank you all!
We feel like we were taken advantage of, we are still in disbelief at the $650. bill we received for a 2 hour plumbing project. Orlando replaced our kitchen faucet (we provided the faucet) he replaced our basket strainers (we also provided these) and then replaced our waste lines under the sink (Erics supplied these) So pretty much labor was over $300 an hour! We would very highly recommend Eric. Our house is over 90 years old and he has come out to rescue us several times. Not only does he competently repair the problem but he also show us what to do if an easy preventive or repair is possible. He is more like a son than a hired plumber out to make money. He is courteous and pleasant and very skilled.
