We used Ericksons based off of our realtors recommendation back in June 2025, I could not have been more dissatisfied. We get a call on a Tuesday to have a bank draft for owed amount (first time hearing final owed amount) dropped off Wednesday, the next day. Just over a week until close, We had to just show up to ask questions about fees (couldn’t get a hold of them to set up a meeting, left messages to no call back etc.) during that meeting with our lawyer’s assistant, I’m told that they are “too busy” to call back clients,... read more
