Requested a quote in May and did not receive it or any follow up, needless to say we proceeded with a company that values customer service.
After a not so good start team Josh came through and worked so hard to get the roof finished and it looks amazing They did an awesome cleanup job as well Thank u
Erickson roofing was my choice because they stand behind their work, and products. I had a hidden gutter system so not only did the old cedar shakes have to come off but new sub roof and fibre glass shakes were installed as well. Then a second crew came to finish off the torch process. The company was sold and new owners took over. There was a few problems with the torch job, and the new owners stood by to fix the problem. Erickson completed a roof replacement last year which Yanick helped us with which went really well and was under budget (looks like I forgot to do a review). BUT this year, I had a question about it and they sent a really nice and knowledgeable tradesman named Dylan and he went above and beyond and found problems completely unrelated to the roof which really saves us a lot.
