I had a scheduled house tour with Wally, he did not show up, and he did not answer my calls. I confronted the Reality Group and he called me back, accusing me of “lying” saying he was there, which he in fact was not because we were there and the neighbors even seen us parked waiting for 45 minutes in the driveway. Beware of this firm. They will keep funds from deposits over trivial items just so they can make a buck. Best to go with a more professional/reliable company that wont Scrooge you out of your money. Stay clear of Erickson.
