Installed a sunroof in my brand new Subaru. It stopped working after 6 months. They then charged me $150 diagnostic fee and said it was fixed. It lasted one week I was told that there was nothing they could do since they bought the business after my sunroof was installed. However, they bought the Erickson name and it's goodwill. Shouldn't that include warranty work? I had no say in a sale; sale shouldn't void warrantied work!
