The service is excellent & everyone is so kind to my parents.
I was a patient of Dr. Ericksons for probably over 10 years. I didn't really have a problem with him other than sometimes he was a little removed during appointments and seemed to be staring at the computer much of the time. That I could deal with. What I couldn't deal with is I sent a message on the portal about my need to get some medical results. He wrote back in the portal that he didn't know because he's not a computer programmer.
