Downgraded the map handed out at the entrance to provide less information and the directory panels inside the building dont provide full info anymore either...
Seamless continuity of care. Their sub-acute rehab wing (Mountainview Gardens) is amazing and a highlight to how well they communicate with outside home care agencies when a resident returns to their independent apartment. As a nurse, I value the clinical oversight at Cedar Crest; they make the transition from rehab to home-based care incredibly smooth for my families.
