Today is Memorial Day Monday, and this community is made up of senior citizens — many of whom naturally struggle with memory loss. When I went to get food for my grandmother today, I was informed that because it’s a holiday, residents had to place their dinner orders before 10 AM in order to receive a meal tonight. I was also told that if a resident has a guest today, they are not allowed to use their meal points for them and must instead pay $25.
