Great Furniture Store ! My wife and I were really happy with the great service we recieved. The salesman was knowledgable, no pressure, and witty. large selection of good quality furniture. Which had been hard to find, not at Erickson's. Very clean store, friendly atmosphere. The delivery guys did a great job. We will go back. I will tell friends and family about Ericksons.

I purchased a sofa bed from Erickson Furniture Co. They showed me the matress on the model that I ordered, and assured me that it would be the same quality . After sleeper sofa was delivered I found the matress to be much thinner with a cheeper covering. Erickson refused to talk to me about it and would not come and look at it. I HAD been doing business with them for over 40 years. NO MORE!

Notably good service experience Erickson seems to deal in high quality merchandise, no cheep stuff! I was impressed at the time the salesman spent with us. There was no pressure to purchase and he answered my questions to my satisfaction. The delivery and setup of my bed was quick and fit my schedule well. Delivery people were courteous and friendly too. I'd return in the future.
A local favorite of mine Clay and his staff at Erickson's always go above and beyond. We purchased a dresser in desperation for our newborn and it was a perfect match to the crib! We also just purchased a couch and we love it. Delivery was prompt and professional and we always look at Erickson's FIRST! It's a family owned business that still has integrity.
The best decision I ever made! Sales staff was very professional. Had Outstanding Customer Service!! I will go back!
