We visited this location in Mike was awesome!!! Aka El Guapo. He was the nicest person and definitely cared more about people than the bottom line. Although the house that was available was the last one and out of our price range if we could have afforded it we would have bought it because this community is quiet peaceful beautiful and his service was top notch. I regret buying dr Horton. Great staff up front selling the homes, but terrible builders, and contractor quality. Warranty is just for show and they haven’t fixed my warranty items I reported in June. The biggest of which is I’m still waiting for them to fix my shower that is leaking and for them to paint and fix a hole I taped for them to fix before closing. I wish I listened to the warnings before buying.
Just wanted to thank our sales consultant Jonathan and the entire local D.R Horton team at Erickson Farms for a great home buying experience. Jonathan took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions, go over our options in detail and answer all of our questions.
