Overall, I had a good experience at the Erickson dental dentistry. Scheduling over the phone was easy and the receptionists are very nice and helpful, they’ll answer any questions you have. The place itself is nice. The whole process once I got into the place was simple. The dental hygienist cleaned my teeth (she did a good job), let me know of anything I needed to know about my teeth/gums, and answered all my questions. Dr.Erickson himself was cool and nice. Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Ms. Leah, excellent with cleaning. Dr. Erickson attentive, and he listened to my concerns. The front desk staff very attentive and cordial.
Dr. Erickson was so kind and thorough, and Ms. Susan is truly the best hygienist around. Such a great experience from start to finish — 100% recommend!
