I booked an appointment with Dr Erickson's office to get a second opinion on a series of procedures suggested by another local dentist. I'm so glad I did. Not only did I not need the expensive work (not covered by ANY dental plan) that the first dentist suggested I needed, I found Dr. Erickson and his staff to be warm, welcoming and very professional. I've made the complete switch to Dr. Erickson's practice! The office is bright, inviting and well decorated!
They put me on a 9 month waiting list for teeth cleaning. Said they would let me know when there would be an opening so I could come in sooner. It's been 8 months now and when I called they said there have been no openings. They lady seemed rude on the phone and unsympathetic.
We loved the environment; great mix of music; state of the art equipment; the staff was welcoming and friendly.
I have some serious anxiety about going to the dentist but as soon as I walked in the door everyone was so nice and understanding. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re at home while getting your dental needs taken care of.
Overall, I had a good experience at the Erickson dental dentistry. Scheduling over the phone was easy and the receptionists are very nice and helpful, they’ll answer any questions you have. The place itself is nice. The whole process once I got into the place was simple. The dental hygienist cleaned my teeth (she did a good job), let me know of anything I needed to know about my teeth/gums, and answered all my questions. Dr.Erickson himself was cool and nice.
