We sold our Erickson Custom Home last year after building it several years ago. Currently we are working with a different builder after moving to another state. WOW what a difference! WE MISS THE FAMILY FRIENDLY TEAM we had with Erickson!!! The process was as different as night and day! Erickson Custom Homes built our retirement home and we could not be more pleased. In the past, we had always purchased a home that was already constructed. NO STARS NO STARS DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. After 1yr chasing him down, never on the job site, VERY POOR quality of work, he took more money from us than we got house out of him, we FIRED him and hired another contractor to finish our house. Cost us about $50,000 of our money but we had to do it.
Worst experience ever in my life! Run run run as far away from this so called builder!!! He does not build quality homes and does not even do that in timeframe specified in contract!!!
