I don’t know what to think of this company. I had to sign up for a $149 subscription to a home services product just to get someone to come out and look at my project. Then the technician who came out was not from Erickson but another company entirely. The project was done well by the other company. BTW the $149 fee renews automatically every year unless you cancel it.

We needed a deck door replaced and Lane was on-time and experienced. The job was more complicated than we anticipated because the new door frame was smaller than the old and needed to be shimmed and whatnot, but we were glad that Lane knew how to complete the project. It was a bit more expensive than the quote but more work needed to be done, so we were more than happy to pay for a job well done in a timely manner.We would recommend this company and would hire them again.

Kim was very helpful and professional. He changed all the bulbs in my chandelier, changed a few other light bulbs that I could not reach, installed gates inside of my house and changed a shower head. He constantly made sure that I approved his every move to make sure that I was content with his work. Would highly recommend Kim to my family and friends.

Hired these guys for our fence project and they made it work very easily! From sales to scheduling to install, everything went just right. The installation crew was efficient and we would recommend them to others!
