I have enjoyed renting from Erickson and Associates more than anyone I have ever rented from!! Debbie is amazing!! I had two small issues- made a phone call each time and each time they had the repair fixed on the same day! Super great company to work with!!

Don’t rent from or use these folks. They weren’t responsive for maintenance issues, they were exploitative upon move out, and their communication was poor all around.
