Hiring Erickson and Associates is one of the best decisions we've made as landlords. They handle all of our needs with professionalism and efficiency and always promptly reply when we need help with something.
Don’t rent from or use these folks. They weren’t responsive for maintenance issues, they were exploitative upon move out, and their communication was poor all around.
I've been leasing a home with Erickson & Assoc. as the property manager, for 5 years and they've always been great! The few maintenance requests have been handled quickly and without issues.
My experience with Erickson & Associates have been very pleasant. When l’ve had a concern or issue they were addressed immediately and satisfactorily. If an emergency repair was needed it was taken care of in hours and routine repairs were taken care of within 24 hours. I am extremely happy Erickson & Associates, I will continue using their services and I would recommend them without and hesitation.
