The house was literally falling apart. Set a marble on the floor and it would roll across the room. Cabinets coming loose from the ceiling. Massive cracks on most walls. Rats in the attic that were never eradicated. Wall sockets that would just stop working, probably because the rats were chewing wires. I have enjoyed renting from Erickson and Associates more than anyone I have ever rented from!! Debbie is amazing!! I had two small issues- made a phone call each time and each time they had the repair fixed on the same day! Super great company to work with!!
