They would not return a deposit even though all of the rent was paid for13 months in advance. The rent couldn't be late. The place was cleaner when my nephew moved than when they rented it to him. Then the key was returned. My nephew went to jail after only 2 months. They would not return the $575 deposit. I feel that with the rent never being late as it was paid up front, the place being cleaned and the key returned deserves the deposit back as that is what a deposit is supposed to be used for.
