I am pleased to report. This is my very first Service appointment with Eric’s custom exhaust! Formally I was using Bill Morin but Bill upon his retirement gave great reference to Eric. I brought my 2018 Toyota Tacoma pick up in for scheduled maintenance tire rotation, oil change, etc. etc. turned out when he checked my brakes, the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced so he called me and asked me if that was OK to do the work. I ONLY use Erick for my auto repairs. As a former mechanic myself, I no longer have the space to fix my own cars, so I need someone who is competent and reasonable to get things done right. I found Erick a few years back in Merrimack, and won’t go anywhere else anymore. Outstanding work, excellent prices, and the man stands behind his work. 10/10
Took all day 7 and half hours, to put 2 tires on and an oil change. Didn't get to other work that I asked for and wanted to sell me things I did not need.
Erik's Custom Exhaust is the best exhaust shop around. Eric fixed an exhaust header for me and did a beautiful job, quickly, and inexpensively. His many years of experience and focus on quality really show in his work. I highly recommend his shop and will be bringing my project car to him later for rest of the exhaust system.
I called Erick's after discovering my car had a very obvious and loud issue with the exhaust. He set me up quickly with an appointment. I dropped my car off in the morning and he called later with a diagnosis and I told him to go ahead and fix it. A couple of hours later I was driving home with no more issues after paying an extremely reasonable price. Very happy with the service, nice people, couldn't have been easier.
