Incapable of getting back to you in a timely manner, office has no problem missing your appointment all together and will schedule you out months later as if it was your doing and without apologizing for the inconvenience. Staff doesn't have a problem giving you the run around, almost as if they're not in the same office as the doctor to get clear answers to what's going on. Very busy
I trust Dr. Ericka Walker Williams with my life literally. She is the first doctor I fully will do whatever she says from the trust she has established between our Dr. and patient relationship. I have had a lot of doctors over my military lifetime but I’ve only had one that I feel really cares about my life as much as I cared about sacrificing mine for my country. This is a Five star doctor and she keeps her staff on point! Plus she is a AKA which means she’s committed to excellence! 🩷💚
Scheduled an appointment November '23, and the only availability was for May '24. Got a call Thursday stating that she would be out of office, so I would have to reschedule for Feb '25, after I waited 6 months. So disappointed.
I absolutely LOVE Dr Erickson Walker Williams. She is so attentive at every visit. I feel she is genuinely 100% concerned about me and whatever issues I may be dealing with. She is amazing.
