Dr. Lail is phenomenal She goes above and beyond for her exotic pets that she sees in office. Very patient and kind and speaks very softly explains to your pet what's about to happen.
We've been seeing Dr. Lail for years, following her when she moved to Providence Animal Hospital. She's always been so great with our pets, some of which have had special needs. After my sweet boy passed away this summer, I rescued a dog from a local shelter. She was high heartworm positive, so wanted to have her evaluated ASAP. Dr. Lail and all of the staff at Providence were wonderful & quick to accommodate knowing the urgency of getting treatment started. If you don't want your entire experience ruined by an unhinged admin, stay away. It's a shame, as the actual vet techs are nice
Unreasonable staff, very rude and not willing to listen for more than 10 seconds before jumping to the conclusion that suits them
