I was most disappointed in Ericka Hering at Largo Diagnostic Clinic. In fact, going on 69 years old never, ever have I experienced a practitioner with such a lack of compassionate communication- her empathy seemingly limited. As I felt none at all. Her maturity level I felt as a care giver needs much improvement. Hopefully her maturity level will improve along with improved active listening skills.
