She used to be a lot more helpful and friendly. But definitely not today! Not sure what changed but it stinks when you have a good attitude and a medical professional is taking their negative unhelpful attitude out on you. She seemed resistant to be helpful which was frustrating, discouraging and exhausting. She wasn’t as polite as I remember she used to be.
