As a child, I had some horrible experiences with dentists, so I’ve always had a bit of fear when it comes to getting dental work done. I have known Dr. Perroud all my life — he is my brother — and even though I live approximately two hours away from his dental office in Big Rapids, Michigan, my family and I gladly make the drive. Dr. Perroud and his staff are absolutely the best. As someone who suffers from anxiety when it comes to dentists, Dr. perroud and his staff were very gentle and went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and at ease. My procedure was absolutely painless and a very positive experience. I highly recommend them.
Don’t go here. Take it from me. I had a crown done a little over 3 years ago, and once it was placed I told them it didn’t feel right since there was a big gap between my gum and the actual crown. They said it was fine. After I paid $300 out of pocket. Maybe more. AFTER insurance. I had raised concern about this multiple times that week. Flash forward to now. Dr. Perroud's and his staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional. They have helped me and my family with several dental emergencies and they always do a great job making sure that we are taken care of. I am so glad I found this office!
