Dr. Erick Gray graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BS in Zoology and the Southern College of Optometry in 1980. He graduated with honors receiving B&L Contact Lens Award as one of the nations top 26 contact lens practitioners and recognized by SAS and BSK honor societies. In 1993 Dr. Gray established the first Peepers Family Eye Care Center in Bowie, Maryland.

great customer service – I have been looking for an eye doctor for my family to got to. One of my girlfriends who lives near by was telling me about peepers and how much she loves the doctors and the girls that work there. I set up my appointment and the girl helped me figure out what insurance I had. I also got in pretty quickly and I saw Dr.Schwartz and he was very thorough and answered my questions. great office – I had an appointment at this Eye Doctor office this morning and I loved the doctor and his staff! They were very nice! I didn't have to wait past my appointment time which is very hard to find an office like that! They showed me the results of my exams right there on the spot, told me everything they were doing and made it very easy to order my glasses afterwards! wonderful – I moved to Maryland from california and had my prescription faxed over. I went in and the ladies there helped me pick out a frame. They were very friendly and I appreciated there time and help. My glasses also came in fast and they called my as soon as they were ready. I will continue to go there!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent Repair Jobs – I'm not actually a patient at this store. I recently broke my glasses and with money being so tight I didn't know what to do. My good friend knew that I couldn't afford a new pair of glasses and she recommended that I go to this store to get my frames repaired. I expected to have to pay some type of repair fee, but they fixed my glasses for free. I was very surprised by such generosity in such trying times.
awesome frames – I got my eyeglass perscription 2 months ago and have been looking for glasses that I would like ever since. I'm sure that I've been to every eyeglass store in the area trying on frames and asking questions. I finally found my perfect frame at this store. Peeper's far Exceeds my Expectations!! – I have been a customer of Peepers Family Eyecare in Gambrills for approx. 3-4 years. I definitely would recommend them to everyone in the area. The eye doctor's are very thorough and the staff is very upbeat, friendly and helpful. I always have a pleasant experience when i'm there, that's what keeps me going back. Fills Outside Rx – I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid. I have lots of experience as an eyeglass consumer. I love my ophthalmologist but she only does prescriptions, so I have to go elsewhere to get my glasses. I've been to several chains and independent stores to get my prescriptions filled. thanx – I brought my son in to get contacts and The doctor was very nice and explained to us about the care and how to where them. The girl that helped us taught my son how to put them in and take them out and clean them. I really appreciate all the time and patience they put forth with him.
Great patient service – My wife and I have been customers of Peepers for over 5 years and have been completely satisfied. Dr. Gray puts people at ease and tries to work out what is best for the patient. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Gray to anyone who asks.
