Korey the technician who came today was phenomenal! He was friendly, efficient, highly knowledgable, he explained to me what he was doing, what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. All in a way that was easy to understand and without making me feel at all like I was bothering him. A++ Our boiler wasn't working and I emailed Heather who got the tech to me the same day. The experience was 5 stars from beginning to end. Thank you!

I ran out of oil, called them since my oil company couldn’t get out and they came out same day and started it up for me! I now switched over and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Erichsen’s!

This issue was resolved, revising my review Came to see my furnace, left door off and said office would call me for return visit within 2 weeks. This was over 10 weeks ago. I have called 4-5 times, first 2 times they said they would return my call. They never did. Then they simply didn’t answer the phone and I left multiple messages. Looking to see how to resolve this. I do not want to involve legal services but it may come to this

Chris knows his stuff and is extremely hard working. If you want things done right the first time, go to him! He is honest and has good prices for services. I wouldn’t go to anybody else!
