Reputable company. Has been a business in the community for many years building integrity, honesty and trust.
They are a rip-off. They lie to you about the price. they send 2 tow truck out for one pick up and the the 2 driver argue on who is going to tow you and then they charge you an extra $150 for a setting fee. I would never use them again. This company sucks....................................................

AAA sent someone from Erichsen's Auto to jump my daughters car when it broke down in SUNY New Paltz. After telling them that the car had a brand new battery, less than one year old, they insisted that the car needed a new battery and it shouldn’t cost too much. Erichsen's decided to tow the car to their OWN shop. Conflict much? They than quoted us for a new battery and a starter that cost me more than double it would have cost me at my own mechanic shop. When my roadside assistance was not as wonderful as the dealership claimed they were, THIS company got me safely out of my predicament, before roadside even sent me a text to see if the company they requested had arrived to my location. I’d contact Erichsens in a heartbeat if I was ever stuck again.
AAA sent someone from Erichsen's Auto to tow my car when it broke down in New Paltz. After telling them that I wanted to take it to the closest possible auto shop, which was only 2 miles away, Erichsen's decided to take it to their OWN shop which was 7 miles away. Although the two people I encountered that worked there were very nice, they also did a crappy job fixing my car and even put my break pads on backwards, which cost me more money.
