I was seen an hour and a half late. I’d made an appt with Dr Winslow and wasn’t told that she wasn’t here today and that I’d be seeing someone else until I arrived. Once I was finally seen by someone else, there were no apologies for the 1.5 hour wait. The medical assistant was kind at least, but I will not be returning.
She was recommended to me by a friend, but I didn’t really feel like my issue was taken seriously. Also, I tried to contact the office to speak with someone about my results and get an explanation for a very high bill. Unfortunately I had no luck.
The doctor is wonderful and truly caring.
