Erica is wonderful!! I met her through a referral and although I live miles and miles away, we were able to setup a few calls and really dive deep into the root of all my aches and pains. She was able to uncover a lot of things emotionally that I didn’t know I was holding onto which was contributing a huge part to my physical pain. After our time together I went away feeling like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders both physically and mentally. Thank you Erica!!

Erica digs for the source of the pain, and finds it in unexpected places. She has helped my body balance better, activate shut down muscles and, surprisingly, opened up my sinuses so that landing is an airplane is no longer painful. Highly recommended! Keep up the great work Erica!

Made an appointment with Erica ro work on my left shoulder, range of motion was very limited, could raise it about 25% and didn't have full strength. She spent almost 2 hours doing several types of therapies, long story short, I had full range of motion and was at about 90% strength. Then I told her about my right shoulder which I injured years ago and whenever I did a full rotation, it would make a clicking sound. When she was done, full motion and no clicking...seriously?
