Erica both found us our new home and sold our old one. She was very patient with us as we figured out what we were looking for and we ended up in the exact neighborhood we were most impressed with. We also ended up getting much more than we were expecting for our old home when it came time to sell, making more extensive renovations of the new place possible. Erica far exceeded all of our expectations for a buyer’s agent, guiding us through every step. At the very beginning, she set up a meeting to learn more about what we were looking for and to give us an overview of the process.
