This was my very first visit with Dr. Romano and let me just say first impressions mean everything to me. I was there for two hours. I got there at 10:16. I was supposed to be there at 10:45. I understood that I understood that I was there really early. I definitely get that however after that I didn’t get pulled back until 1103. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen very rapidly and I will definitely recommend Dr. Romano.
This staff was very courteous and professional. The provider listened, answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and clearly defined next steps.
