I had a very good experience with Dr Romano. She was thorough and took time to listen. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a ENT doctor.
Appointment was at 11:15 - got called back for vitals at 12:15. Doctor came in a little after 1. No apology for us waiting for almost 2 hours to be seen. Staff was friendly, Dr was thorough- but waiting almost 2 hours without so much as an apology was disrespectful.
