I WOULD GIVE ERICA 5 stars BUT her staff is terrible. I must have had 10 phone calls and texts to get my prescriptions directed to the right provider. It took 9 DAYS to straighten it out.
Office staff is always calm & efficient. Erica DaCosta is knowledgeable and professional, yet still warm and caring. So far very happy with the quality of this practice!
Always explain everything thoroughly, always a great attitude and always pleasant.

very impressed with her patience and thoroughness. Made me feel very comfortable and that someone really cared about my issues. I did not feel rushed. Looking forward to seeing her again for a follow-up
