Not very personable. Didn't give us any information as being first time parents. Nurse seems uninterested and dry. Both not engaged with baby just seemed like a job they show up for not a passion because of the lack of connection. We were driving about an hour because we saw Dr. ELZEY had several 5 star reviews and we wanted the best pick for our newborn, but after the second visit we deem her and her nurse weren't the right fit for us. Dr. Elzey has the best bedside manner! I love how attentive and detail oriented she is. Kaiser is lucky to have such an amazing pediatrician on staff!
Dr Erica Elzey is an amazing person and Dr. She's a great listener and cares for all our concerns. She great with our girls and is always in a good mood. She responds to question is a fast manner. I wouldn't want any other Dr for my children! She's simply the best.
Dr.Elzey is a phenomenal doctor!!!!! Oh my, where to begin on how gracious and astute of a doctor she is! She is attentive to her client's needs and always goes above and beyond . She listens carefully to our questions and is always understanding. She never makes us feel inadequate in our concerns by validating them. Our family is very fortunate to have found her and we feel at ease having our kids health in her hands.
