The staff has been working hard with my 80 year old mother to get her glucose levels steady. Very attentive and excellent communication.
This doctor will talk down to you and cut you off if you have questions or concerns about things. Awful, of course it's Reid so it makes sense.
This office is very professional and will listen to the patient and not rush you. Would recommend them to anyone!!
My boyfriend came to this office to figure out his testosterone. The first blood tests ordered were wrong. The doctor send him a message on MyChart stating she messed up and then she deleted the message. She ordered a second round of blood tests and destroyed one of the vials of blood before testing it so that had to get a third set. Now they're telling him the tests were never ordered and that it's his fault for not calling even though he's been in contact with them about it for over 2 weeks.
