Dr. Lau is a gem. Started the appointment on time, did not rush at all, and was super knowledgable, warm, kind, and comfortable to be around. She is so thoughtful with great ethic and offered very keen professional insights that I had not received from other doctors. Dr. Lau also encourages patients to advocate for themselves, which is truly rare. The self/cash pay option is amazing, putting control back in the hands of patients, and her practice is beautiful. I wish more docs were like Dr. Lau.
Amazing results after seeing Dr. Lau. She listened to my concerns, and it was a very comfortable experience. The staff was great and their facility was top notch.
