Dr Linnell, Jessica and their team are wonderful! The front desk staff is kind and gets you checked in quickly. I’ve had Ultraclear laser with Jessica and Dr Linnell recently did my annual mole patrol so for both skincare and dermatology I felt really well cared for. You will feel so comfortable with these wonderful women!
Dr. Linnell is lovely (very quick) but her front desk staff is rather incompetent!
They can’t give me upfront costs of the check up nor tell me if they are in the network or out of network for Premera since that “depends on many factors”. I have a feeling like a called someone and tried to sell something instead of called the doctor to schedule check up and check in advance how costly it would be so there are no surprise is aftermath… WoW!
